With Fjord cruise on Åkrafjorden get that passenger scenery like pearls on a string. The contrasts along the fjord is great: here you will see water surging down valleys in a quiet inlet between bare, steep rock walls and lush hillsides. The highlight is of course Langfoss.
Røvær is a small island community located west for Haugesund accessible by a 20 minute ferry or boat ride. It is a unique and charming little island community with 110 inhabitants and only one car. About 10 minutes walk from Nordvegen History Center and St. Olav's Church at Avaldsnes you find Viking village. The village is rebuilt on the basis of archaeological finds made in Rogaland.
